What is Spirituality?

I feel that the Spirituality is the process by which your material body seeks the fully connection (communication) with your immaterial body and vice versa (when you are conscious of this awakening process).

Why are you so anchored to yesterday?
Why are you so worried about tomorrow?
What is the difference between yesterday and before yesterday?

or

What is the difference between tomorrow and after tomorrow?

What is the difference between yesterday and tomorrow?

There is NO difference, because both do NOT exist.
(therefore, they are quite changeable, if you want it and you belive it)

Live today, here and now.

Only then you can really be yourself.
Only then you will be happy.
Only then all will make sense.
